Muscat - - Maintaining meeting and appointment schedules. - Preparing meeting papers and supporting documents. - Carrying out general secretarial duties including taking down dictation, word processing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and day-to-day filing etc. - Correspondence and follow-ups including self-correspondence, where necessary with Corporate Office, operating Divisions and associated companies on all administration and other matters of importance. - Noting minutes of the meetings and to ensure minutes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Attending to phone calls, clearing... - Permanent - Full-time
