Macdonald and Company - Oman - A real estate developer in Oman is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. The main responsibilities of this role will be to prepare feasibility studies, oversee budgeting and reporting, building financial models and preparing cashflows for upcoming phases of their large mixed use development project in Muscat. Candidates must have advanced excel skills, strong financial modelling ability and have worked in a similar role within a real estate company in the GCC for 3 + years.
