Muscat - Operational Develop and implement appropriate selling strategies to achieve corporate goals and services level pertaining to the assigned territory. Plan the setup of new stations and look after the recruitment of necessary staff, setting up of office, GSA agreements as per the local station guidelines. Lead, motivate, coach and develop sales teams to achieve targets. Prepare the Marketing/ Business Plan and to allocate responsibilities for the attainment of marketing goals and services levels in designated countries.
