Responsible for ensuring the WY brand is displayed as per documented guidelines set by relevant departments like visual comms, marketing, etc. in all network airports at all times 3. Responsible for conducting and compiling audit reports inclusive service level agreements compliance, excess baggage and ancillary targets on network airports and measuring service delivery at all Customer Touch-points.
