Civil engineer / business manager

Muscat - I am looking for an experienced civil engineer with project management and business development skills. The task will be to supervise civil projects and also act as a personal business manager. Proven track record in civil engineering is essential plus skills in finance , business administration and marketing. Additional skills such as design or use of specific software will be considered.
