Charterhouse - Muscat - Charterhouse is working with an International EPC on an Oil and Gas facility in Oman. Our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager who will report to the Country Manager and be entirely responsible for site operations, maintenance and logistics. You will follow the annual strategy, plant goals, operating procedures and QHSE systems as well as set and review activity reports and KPIs to measure the performance and achievements to determine action plans on cost and improvements.
