Muscat - SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL, MUSCAT CLIENT: Our client is a large diversified Omani company, with significant interests both domestically and internationally. They are seeking a new Senior Legal Counsel to add to the existing team. ROLE: You will join at group level and lead a small team of existing lawyers, covering very general corporate and commercial matters. The work will cover a very wide portfolio of companies covering JV's, M&A, day to day commercial, and whatever else comes up.
