Field Base Manager - ESP

Oman - The main responsibilities are to develop and implement field procedures; installation, commissioning, pull out, monitoring, failure analysis, and optimisation. Manage field quality control to maintain the highest standard of service. Train and develop skills of field service team. Planning and scheduling ESP workovers according to for rig/hoist activity. Support and participate in Company & Client HSE Awareness. Promote a safe working environment. Schedule maintenance, certification & calibration of all tooling. Supervising the purchase of tools and equipment. Supervision of ESP installations.... - Permanent - Full-time
