Hays - Oman - Our client is the second largest producer of cement in the Middle East (outside of Saudi Arabia) and they are currently looking for a senior operations candidate to join their business, to head up one of their plants. The facility currently has 4 production lines, 500 employees and 200 contracted employees. This senior management opportunity will extend responsibilities across quality, assurance, maintenance and production functions, and will report into the groups' C suite and members of the board.
